BEFORE SENDING
Five checks prevent most delays.
Good laboratory work cannot recover identity from a mixed, unlabelled or unsuitable sample.

- Sample type is accepted for the selected test
- Dry samples are fully dry before sealing
- Different animals are packaged separately
- Tracked postage is retained where appropriate
