GeneVista processes contact, order, animal and sample information to provide testing services, manage accounts, issue reports and meet legal obligations.
Data collected
Account details, animal identifiers, sample metadata, correspondence and reports may be held. Card details are handled by the selected payment provider.
Your choices
Use the client-care form to request access, correction or deletion where applicable law permits.
Service terms
The selected product page forms part of the order because it defines the test scope, accepted sample and usual turnaround.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must be authorised to submit the sample, provide accurate identifiers and follow collection instructions.
Result use
Reports describe the tested target and sample. They do not guarantee health, performance or future outcome.

The website uses functional storage for WooCommerce cart and account activity. Optional analytics and support cookies should be disclosed when enabled.
Refund and recollection policy
Unprocessed consumer orders may be cancelled subject to statutory rights and supplied kit costs. Bespoke laboratory work cannot normally be refunded after processing begins.
Failed samples
The test-specific policy determines whether repeat extraction, recollection or additional payment applies.
